A little something

I miss the way my daughter used to singularize clothes. "Mom, can you wash this clo for me?" Now she just says it like everyone else. The bright side is, she still says aminal. I've threatened anyone who tries to get her to say it correctly. It will happen soon enough. Now, if she's 12 and still calling them aminals at the zoo, I may be tempted to correct her. But right now my little 6 year old gets to say it her way.

Oh my...she looks NOTHING like you. Nothing to see here, no mini-you clowning around, run along. Egads, looks like you made all by yourself! And I totally understand the mispronouciation thing. I loved it when my girl would say "skabetti" instead of spaghetti and I hated it when people tried to correct her. Just let her be a little kid with funny words for me to remember.

My favorite is when she's running around in her "barrel" feet. I think that is the cutest ever.
